Hey! I am Elijah Avella, a faith based visual storyteller with a passion for preserving authentic moments that last a lifetime. Whether I am behind the camera capturing a graduation, documenting a milestone, or producing a cinematic film, my goal is always the same: to tell stories with honesty, purpose, and heart.

I believe the most meaningful images happen in the moments between the poses. The genuine laughter, quiet emotions, and real connections are what make every story unique. Those are the moments I live to capture.

I am a Spring 2025 graduate of Florida A&M University, where I earned my degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Criminal Justice. My love for storytelling began long before college, inspired by the work of Spike Lee and films like School Daze and Do the Right Thing, which celebrated culture, community, and truth. Those influences continue to shape my creative vision today.

Throughout my career, I have produced and edited more than 500 video projects and captured over 800 photographed sessions, ranging from graduations, portraits, events, branded content, documentaries, and cinematic productions. My work has helped brands reach more than 9 million viewers while creating meaningful visual experiences that connect with audiences and preserve unforgettable moments.

I have also had the privilege of serving as an Adobe Student Ambassador, Amazon Prime Student Ambassador, Nike Student Ambassador, Digital Content Producer for Florida A&M University’s world renowned Marching 100, Multimedia Director for the award winning 40th Edition of Journey Magazine, an Inaugural Hyundai HBCU Driving Force Intern, an NBA x HBCU Fellowship Finalist, and a radio host at WANM 90.5 FM, part of an award winning collegiate radio station.

My long term vision is to build a production company dedicated to creating stories rooted in faith, identity, and purpose. Stories that uplift communities, spark meaningful conversations, and inspire lasting change.
